2017 Call for Abstracts
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2017

The International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA) invites you to submit an abstract for a symposium, oral presentation and/or poster session at the 41st Annual Educational Conference to be held at the Renaissance Hotel Seaworld in Orlando, Florida.

IntNSA’s 41st Annual Educational Conference
Mobilizing All Nurses to Address Substance Use: The Hidden Faces of Addiction

Our nation is in the midst of an opioid epidemic, and communities are reeling from the losses inflicted by related overdoses and deaths. Your patients are likely affected. Included in these startling statistics are our own family members, friends, and colleagues. Regardless of your area of specialty or practice setting, if you attend only one conference this year, we hope that you will join us at IntNSA’s 41th Annual Educational Conference, which is dedicated to this topic.

It is expected that this year’s IntNSA conference - being held in Orlando, Florida - will attract the greatest number of participants ever, with approximately 30 plenary and concurrent sessions, numerous sponsors and exhibits, an extracurricular social activity, and a silent auction to help support the Foundation of Addictions Nursing (FAN). Continuing education credits in nursing are included.

When you register, if you are not already a member of IntNSA, you should take advantage of the special membership offer. And whether this is your first IntNSA conference, or you have been attending every year, consider bringing a colleague to share in the knowledge, wisdom, and caring that defines the International Nurses Society on Addictions.

Proposed abstracts should address the interests of IntNSA members in one or more of its sections, as well as IntNSA’s goals. Proposals will be considered for the following presentation types.
