Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to September 24 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after September 24 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the IntNSA Executive Office and received by October 3. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after October 3 because committed funds and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.

Contact Hours (CEUs)
An application will be submitted to The Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91) and is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

An application for 24.75 Recognized Clock Hour (RCH) Endorsement has been submitted and approved by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. The PID number is 08-352-CSPD.

If IntNSA cannot hold the 2008 Conference due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the conference handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed conference expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. IntNSA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the Conference.
