Transportation

Transportation from Hartsfield International airport: Go to the transportation booth at the airport and ask for a shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown. We recommend The Atlanta Link at (404) 524-3400.  No reservations are necessary.  It runs 6:00 am to midnight from the airport and it leaves the hotel every 10 and 40 minutes after each hour. The price is  $16.50 one way/$29 round trip per person.

Taxis: The taxicab service is located in the Red Bus aisle located outside of baggage claim.  Cost of travel to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is approximately $30.00, with a $2.00 charge for each additional person.

Metro Trains: The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) covers the metro Atlanta area with scheduled service to and from the airport. The MARTA entrance is located at the west entrance of the terminal complex, near other ground transportation services. MARTA trains arrive and depart from the airport every eight minutes. In 15 minutes, a passenger can travel the 10 miles to downtown Atlanta, where connections are available to other parts of the city.  Single one-way fare is approximately $1.75. Schedules for MARTA rapid rail service are available at the airport at the following locations: Traveler's Aid, the MARTA Airport Station, and the International Information Counter on Concourse "E".

Directions

When traveling northbound on I-75/85, driving from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (12 miles), or traveling on Interstate 20 west and eastbound: Take I-75/85 North, take the right-hand exit 248-C (International Blvd). Turn left onto International Blvd. Turn right at the third traffic light onto Peachtree Center Avenue. Hyatt Regency Atlanta's Motor Lobby entrance is one block on the left.

When traveling southbound on I-75/85, and traveling from GA 400: Exit 249-C (Williams Street). Go straight off exit. At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Harris Street. Then take the third left onto Peachtree Center Avenue. Hyatt Regency Atlanta's Motor Lobby entrance is on the left.

When traveling via MARTA from the Airport: Take the northbound train to the Peachtree Center Station stop, one stop north of the Five Points transfer station. Exit the train and take the escalator up towards Peachtree Center Mall. Once inside the mall, follow the signs to the covered walkway into the hotel.

Parking
Hotel parking (indoor valet) with in/out privileges. The charges are as follows:
0-1 hour      $8.00
1-2 hours   $10.00
2-4 hours   $14.00
4-6 hours   $18.00
6-8 hours   $20.00
8+ hours    $24.00

Non-Hyatt Parking: Should the underground lot become full, additional non-Hyatt parking is located in the Suntrust building, a half block from the hotel. $15.00 a day - No In/Out privileges.
